We are delighted to announce our webinar on CVAs and Pensions. Join David Pollard and Tom Robinson who will discuss some of the impacts of pensions on company voluntary arrangements, in particular where a CVA is envisaged for an employer in a defined benefit occupational pension scheme.

The session will be chaired by Marcia Shekerdemian QC and will look at:

  • CVAs: comparison with other restructuring processes
  • Types of CVA: will they affect the scheme or not?
  • The scheme as creditor
  • Challenging CVAs
  • Moral hazard risk/ criminal offences (Pension Schemes Act 2021)
