Wilberforce Chambers invites you to a series of lectures by senior practitioners on topics of particular interest to non-contentious pensions lawyers.

This year’s talks are chaired by Jonathan Hilliard QC and James McCreath.

The implications of Hampshire v PPF
Judicial review of the Regulator, in scheme funding, moral hazard, and PPF levy

Time:

Fee:
£70 + VAT = £84.00 per lecture, or a discounted rate of £250 + VAT = £300 for all four lectures.
