Birmingham Commercial Conference

Wednesday 6 June 2018
16.00 - 18.30 followed by drinks
The Cube, 196 Wharfside St, Birmingham B1 1RN
£40 + VAT | 2.0 CPD

The Wilberforce Commercial Conference is coming to Birmingham on Wednesday 6th June with a number of topical talks and workshops delivered by our members. The particular focus of this event is to look at what lessons can be learnt from recently decided cases when it comes to drafting contractual provisions in a number of different commercial areas. The aim is to put various commercial cases under the spotlight, examine familiar problems, look at how the courts have interpreted certain clauses in the past and suggest drafting solutions. We hope this conference will appeal to litigators and non-litigators alike.

The conference will be held at Canalside at The Cube and will be followed by a drinks reception in The Haig Club – a stunning skyline destination on Level 25 of The Cube.

The full programme is available to download here; we hope to see you there!
